Sharon June Nance's Obituary
Sharon June Nance, 76, of Decatur, IL, passed away at 10:38 A.M. on Monday (10-17-2022) at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Sharon was born on September 9, 1946 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of James Harold Turner and Marilyn June (Swain) Turner. She married Charles H. Nance in 1990. He preceded her in death.
Sharon loved gardening and she especially loved her flowers. She also in her earlier years loved to go fishing and enjoyed painting.
She is survived by her son: Robert Allen of Steamboat Springs, CO; two sisters: Debra Goveia of Decatur, IL, and Linda Snow and husband Jim of Macon, IL, sister-in-law: Julie Turner; several cousins, nieces, nephews, and her little dog Brandy.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother James Turner and brother-in-law Dan Goveia.
