Tony Lee Seelow's Obituary
BEMENT- Tony Lee Seelow, 64 of Bement, formerly of Lovington, passed away at 12:41 PM Tuesday, May 15th, 2018 in Barnes Jewish Hospital.
Tony was born on February 21, 1954 in Decatur, a son of Francis E. and Marilyn Joan (Young) Seelow. He had worked as a maintenance millwright for Firestone and had worked for the Railroad for several years. Tony was a member of the First Christian Church, Lovington. Tony loved farming, raising sheep, hunting and working on small engines.
Surviving are his father Francis and his wife Peggy Seelow of Lovington, children- Leslie and her husband Jason Schmitt of Assumption, Jason Seelow and his wife Stephanie of State Center, IA. and Chas Seelow of Sullivan, sisters- Betty (Fred) Watkins of Shelbyville and Easter Seelow of Effingham, grandchildren- Kyle, Aaron, Mallory, Tanner, Posey and Everly as well as 9 nieces and 3 nephews.
Tony was greeted in Heaven by his mother and sister- Mary Francis Lindstrom.
Private family services will be held on Sunday May 27, 2018 at the First Christian Church in Lovington. Interment will be in the Windsor Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church, Lovington.
