Sending our deepest sympathy and so sorry to just now learn of the death of Walter. I was an employee of Walters working for Decatur Construction Company in 1967. In the fall of 1967 I started my own business, Kaskaskia Contractors, Inc. Walter was a special man who touched many people's life in his life time. Our thoughts are with you all.
