My husband Tom and I were acquainted with Warren for several years as he was our Tax Preparer. Warren and Tom had Military Service in common. Tom and I often think of Warren. Today, as we talked of him and remembering how tall and friendly he was, I looked him up and found that he'd gone home to be with Jesus. We pray you know that he and his life is fondly remembered by this Decatur, Illinois couple, Tom and Kathleen Garmon, Sr. Be Blessed In The Lord. 3.15.2021.

I was hired by "Mr. Call" in January 1993 as the Unit Administrator for the 370th Supply Company in Joliet. I only met him once or twice, but I remember how tall he was, and what a gentleman. His name stuck in my memory over the years, and I always wondered what became of him. Now I wish I'd had the time to listen to his stories, and get to know him better. So sorry to hear of his passing. Rest in peace, Sir.

Irma, Gayle, and Sherri, please know that I am thinking about you all. Even though time and distance separate us, Uncle Warren will always be present in my memories and I am very thankful for his smiles and kind words to me always, both during the tougher times after my Mom was gone and during all the times you all came to Altamont for family things and for special times in my life at school.
