Dear family of Wayne Hinrichs. My name is David Browning. My father Robert Browning worked with Wayne at Illinois Power Co. Dad wanted so much to attend Wayne's visitation and/or funeral, but he just is not able. Dad and mom are both 82 years old, and dad is currently in a nursing home. We talked about trying to wheelchair dad to the visitation, but decided that the combination of his health and the winter weather just made it too risky. Please know that my dad thought the world of Wayne and is praying for your family. I can tell that Wayne was someone extra special, because dad REALLY tried to find a way to attend the visitation!
