Bill was so much like my own father,whom I lost in March of 93 to lung cancer,it's almost scary. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him,Bill had no enemies but he loved babies.When we would be in Walmart together and someone would roll by with a stroller he would always make it a point to see the child.Rest in Peace,my father in law, I love you!😇
